Multiply that by 8, then divide by 10. So if team 'A' has a 659 average and team 'B' has a
650 average then:
(659 - 650) = 9 x 8 = 72 ÷ 10 = 7.2.
Round to the nearest integer and Team 'B' would get a 7 point handicap.
