Methuen Rod and Gun Club

The archery range is for the use of all members and guest. All guest are the responsibilty of the Club Member and must adhere to all the Club Rules. Failure to do so can result in loss of membership.

1. Check to make sure that no one is in back of targets. A brook is there for fishing.

2. Aim at target only. Do not shoot at the ground.

3. One shooter at a station at a time.

4. No Broad heads or field points with springs are to be used on CLUB targets or backstops.

5. The use of crossbows is allowed.

6. The use of bows and cross bows is restricted to the archery ranges only.

7. DRUGS AND ALCOHOL ARE NOT ALLOWED ON ANY CLUB RANGE.

If you choose to use the action archery course, please be aware of the fact that there also may be other people using the course. Safety and shot selection must be considered at all times. You must be aware of your shooting capabilities and stay within them while on the course.

Anyone caught violating these range rules will be subject to disciplinary action, up to and including loss of Club Membership.
